  • Can ZOOMiN LIVE handle siblings?
    Yes, sibling handling is made easy within the management console. Families can have any number of children associated to their account.
  • Can families share the stream with other family members?
    Yes, families can share with as many friends and family as they would like.
  • What happens if one of my cameras goes down?
    Our support team will assist you with getting the camera back online. If there is a hardware problem we can schedule a technician or courier you a replacement overnight.
  • What devices does ZOOMiN LIVE work on.
    You can watch a stream from a browser. iOS or Android device. Just visit the app store or click login at zoominlive.com.
  • Do my family's need to pay?
    ZOOMiN LIVE charges the childcare a subscription fee each month. It's up the childcare provider to decide if they pass the cost along to families or not.
  • Are the video streams recorded?
    By default the video streams are not recorded. Speak to us about recording your streams.
  • How do I know if my cameras will work with ZOOMiN LIVE?
    Most IP cameras and modern DVR's are capable of streaming with ZOOMiN LIVE. Contact us to see if your hardware meets the minimum requirements.
  • Does ZOOMiN LIVE support cameras outside of the classroom?
    Yes if you would like to install cameras in other areas of the childcare and even restrict access to only staff or owners you can.
